Delaware Governor John Carney has appointed 19 people to a panel that will chart a path for the US state to develop its offshore wind resource, with an initial meeting scheduled Friday in the capital Dover.
Bruce Burcat, executive director of the Mid-Atlantic Energy Coalition, an advocacy group for renewable energy, will chair the Delaware Offshore Wind Working Group, as it is formally called.
