Italy’s Enel Green Power has secured $365m for its Rock Creek wind farm in the US after signing a tax equity agreement with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan.
Under the agreement, which is common for the development of renewable energy projects in the US, the investors will contribute to the Missouri-based project in exchange for 100% of “Class B” equity interests.
