French energy giant Engie has acquired the interests it did not already own in wind and solar developer La Compagnie du Vent, turning the Montpellier-based group into a fully owned subsidiary.

Engie, which already had a majority 51% interest in La Compagnie du Vent, signed a sale deal with its previous partner Soper, which owned the remaining 41%.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
