CIP did not detail terms of the transaction, which it completed on behalf of its Copenhagen Infrastructure II investment vehicle.
The facilities in development are the 366MW Bearkat Renewable Energy Project in West Texas and the 150MW Blue Cloud Renewable Energy Project in the state’s northern Panhandle region.
They are among the larger community wind projects in the US – most of them in TriGlobal’s multi-gigawatt portfolio in Texas.
