The remaining two-thirds interest in K2 is held in equal proportion by Pattern Energy Group Inc., a yieldco, and Capital Power Corporation based in Edmonton.
K2 is located near Goderich and entered commercial operation in May 2015. It has a 20-year power off-take agreement with Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO).
