A federal judge for the US District Court of the District of Massachusetts denied a lawsuit against federal regulators responsible for approving the nation’s first commercial scale offshore wind project, Vineyard Wind 1, by a consortium of fishing and environmental interests.
The plaintiffs included notable industry opponents seafood processer Seafreeze Shoreside, the Long Island Commercial Fishermen’s Association (Licfa), and Responsible Offshore Development Alliance (Roda).
