High-quality wind resource data is, of course, central to project financing, development and operations. But the question of how best to obtain this data is one in which developers have traditionally been guided more by the industry that has built up around measurement technology than by some of the other, in my view, more pertinent factors that can make or break a wind measurement campaign.
