SSE's Glendoe hydro station out until at least late 2010

More than a month after shutting down its 100-megawatt (MW) Glendoe power station amid press reports of a major rock slippage, Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) has acknowledged that the facility will not be generating electricity until “well into 2010 at the earliest”.
