OpenHydro's Fundy future in doubt as utility quits berth

Future trials of the OpenHydro tidal-power turbine in Canada’s Bay of Fundy may be under a cloud after utility partner Nova Scotia Power (NSP) pulled out of its berth at Fundy Ocean Research Centre for Energy (Force), claiming the cost of deployment and recovery of the machine was prohibitive to full-scale installations.
