Longroad Energy has reached financial close and sale of the 294MW Muscle Shoals PV project to Orsted, which continues to aggressively diversify and expand its US onshore solar and wind portfolio.
The Danish offshore wind giant acquired the largest renewable energy project in Alabama at financial closing. Terms of the deal were not made public. Wells Fargo is the sole tax-equity investor in Muscle Shoals Solar.
