Global renewables development giant EDPR will share its boss with parent utility EDP after Miguel Stilwell de Andrade was confirmed as CEO of both companies, replacing the former top executives who resigned amid a corruption scandal.
Stilwell will be joined at the head of EDPR by Rui Teixeira, who will be finance chief at both after holding the interim CEO role at EDPR since the departure of former chief executive João Manso Neto.
