French energy giants Total Eren and EDF Renewables have set the seal on 25-year power purchase agreements (PPA) for a quartet of PV power projects totaling 716MW in northern India.
The deals include PPAs for three EDF Renewables projects won through the tender launched by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the spring and one secured in June in the state of Rajasthan with federal governmental agency the Solar Energy Corporation of India.
