US utility Dominion Energy has unveiled its largest-ever renewables solicitation, issuing a request for proposals for up to 1GW of solar and onshore wind generation and up to 250MW of battery storage.
The solicitation is the next stage of an integrated resource plan (IRP) targeting the addition of 24GW of renewables power production and energy storage by 2035, including 16GW of PV and 5GW of offshore wind.
