German utility Innogy is taking over more than 50MW in solar capacity in the states of Thuringia and Bavaria from its cooperation partner Primus Energie.
The Regensburg-Bavaria based developer will continue to further develop projects for Innogy as a service provider.
Innogy in early 2018 had already entered a cooperation agreement with Primus to take over a 400MW onshore wind pipeline in Thuringia.
