Oil major BP will explore potential renewable energy development in Azerbaijan in conjunction with the nation’s government.
The UK energy group – which is a big player in the country’s fossil fuel sector – signed a memorandum of understanding with the ministry of energy that will see the two work together following Azerbaijan’s announcement that it plans to develop a support framework for renewables.
