IDB Invest, the private financing arm of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) approved a $28m loan for the 140MW Capella PV plant, the biggest solar project in El Salvador that will account for about 7% of the Central American country’s total installed capacity when it comes online in 2020.
Capella is made up of the Albiero I and II solar projects and a 3MW/1.5MWh
