Some 100 of the best-known global multinationals have put their names to a landmark declaration admonishing European governments to drop policy and regulatory barriers currently slowing corporations’ transition to powering their operations with renewable energy.

The RE-Source declaration, named after the European platform for corporate renewable energy sourcing, was signed by a who’s-who of international brand giants including Amazon, Google and Ikea as well as major utilities such as Enel, Engie and Iberdrola.
