Germany’s federal network agency BNetzA has launched a second technology-neutral solar and onshore wind tender for 200MW, after PV bids won all the available capacity in a first 210MW auction earlier this year.

Bids are capped at €87.40 ($101.80) per megawatt hour and can be handed in by 2 November 2018. Wind bids need to have secured a permit relating to noise-emission regulations.
