EDF has agreed to sell a 50% share of a 558MW US wind and solar portfolio to Dutch pension fund manager PGGM.

The French group’s California-based EDF Renewables development unit said subject to regulatory approval, PGGM will take a half share in the 200MW Red Pine wind farm in Minnesota, the 154MW Rock Falls Wind project in Oklahoma and Switch Station 1&2, a 234MW PV array in Nevada.
