E.ON said revenue and profits rose at its renewables business in the first quarter, as it gears up for a huge merger deal that aims to create a new clean energy giant under the banner of fellow German group RWE.
E.ON posted an operating profit of €171m ($203m) at its renewables division in the January-March period, a 7% uplift on the same period in 2017.
