Germany’s federal grid agency BNetzA has launched the first tendering rounds for onshore wind and solar plants with a combined capacity of 900MW, and a 1 February 2018 deadline to hand in bids.

Bids for the 700MW in wind on land to be auctioned off are capped at €63 ($74.28) per megawatt hour of produced electricity, while bids for 200MW of PV have €88.40/MWh
