Influenced, perhaps, by optimism for the long-term – Brazil’s 12GW wind capacity is projected to double in 10 years – renewable energy investors want to believe that the Brazilian tenders scheduled for December 18 and 20 will be confirmed.
With just under two months still to go, the government has taken most legal steps to make the tenders official, but one of the most important references – the cap prices – have yet to be announced.
