The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (NVO) now plans to hold the tender for the 20MW Borssele V innovation site from January 2-18, 2018, that originally had been planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
The Dutch government with the innovation site aims to test advanced technologies as a showcase, contribute to offshore cost reduction, and increase the market and export potential for Dutch companies.
