Zambia tender delivers Africa-record six-cent solar under IFC scheme

A programme to promote rapid development of large-scale PV in Africa has debuted in Zambia with continent-low solar power prices after a procurement process won by three global heavyweights, said organiser The International Finance Corporation (IFC).
