Yingli chief executive Liansheng Miao says the deal, which runs through 2012, provides Yingli with additional visibility on sales and supply volumes.
Gehrlicher, based near Munich, intends to use the panels on both residential and commercial rooftops, as well as at ground-mounted power plants.
