With no buyer for Uni-Solar, bankrupt ECD to lay-off 300

There were no suitable bidders for the solar subsidiary of bankrupt US manufacturer Energy Conversion Devices (ECD), raising the specter of a liquidation sale and 300 additional layoffs.
