US DOC takes up SolarWorld-led anti-dumping case

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) is initiating an investigation into the trade practices of Chinese PV manufacturers, in response to an anti-dumping and countervailing duties petition filed by SolarWorld and six other US manufacturers.
