Tri-State, DE Shaw seal New Mexico PV off-take agreement

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association has finalized a 25-year off-take agreement with a unit of private US investment firm DE Shaw from the planned 25MW Alta Luna PV project in southwest New Mexico.
