Houston-based Sunnova claims the funding round is the largest to date raised by a private residential solar service company in the US, and brings the company’s total funding to $500m. Barclays acted as sole placement agent to Sunnova on the transaction.
Franklin was sub-advised on the most recent funding round by GSO Capital Partners, the global credit and distressed investment platform of Blackstone, the large US investment firm.
