California-based SunPower says it has sold the 44MW third and fourth phases of the Montalto di Castro solar park to an investor group for an undisclosed sum. This follows the sale of the first two phases – totalling 28MW (AC) – to Geneva-based solar power producer Etrion for €48m ($63.2m) in a deal announced last summer.
