SunPower alleges ex-employees, now at SolarCity, stole data

SunPower, the US PV manufacturing and project development unit of French energy giant Total, is suing SolarCity and five former employees, alleging they stole confidential and proprietary information about its business practices and customers and have been using it to compete unfairly.
