SunEdison urges sale of Mt. Signal 2 project to D.E. Shaw: report

SunEdison is urging a bankruptcy judge to allow it to privately sell its $70m stake in the 150MW Mount Signal 2 solar project under construction in California to hedge fund D.E. Shaw, rather than putting the project to auction, the Wall Street Journal reports.
