The deal, for projects in Italy and Spain, follows the sale of 20MW of PV projects to the same buyer earlier this year.
SunEdison will operate the 12 projects, with total capacity of 53MW, for KGAL under long-term monitoring, operations and maintenance agreements.
SunEdison says the transaction underscores its commitment to the Spanish and Italian markets. The US company intends to continue developing projects there.
