Revenue was $625.5m versus $960.7m in fourth quarter 2013, as solar revenue fell 48.5% primarily due to lower project sales.
Quarter-over-quarter, revenue rose 34.7% and net loss was $139.1m lower. Results did not include the acquisition of First Wind, which closed last month.
SunEdison’s main business is renewable energy, with semiconductor materials the balance. It manufacturers polysilicon and PV panels, and develops, finances, installs and maintains solar projects.
