SolarWorld to grow Oregon module factory to 350MW

Germany’s SolarWorld has announced plans to expand production capacity at its new module factory in Oregon to 350 megawatts (MW) by 2011, only weeks after uncorking a plan to triple production at its factory in Freiberg, in the German state of Saxony.
