The announcement comes as Solar Millennium acknowledges it will not reach financial closure for the first two of four planned parabolic-trough plants in Blythe, California by the end of its fiscal year on 31 October.
That reality, which Solar Millennium blames on “procedural changes” at the US Department of Energy, has forced it to lower its full-year earnings forecast from €350m ($489.7m)
