Solar Millennium completes Flagsol and MAN Solar merger

Solar Millennium has formally concluded the merger of its technology subsidiary, Flagsol, and its power plant construction joint venture, MAN Solar Millennium, as it looks to consolidate its leadership within the growing concentrating solar power (CSP) sector.
