Solar Frontier to launch study on CIS production in Saudi Arabia

Thin-film module maker Solar Frontier has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with oil company Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Arabian National Industrial Cluster Development Programme to undertake a joint study into using CIS (copper, indium and selenium) panels for future solar farms in Saudi Arabia.
