Skylar did not release terms of the transaction. The energy marketing organization says it is in talks with several developers and engineering, procurement and construction firms to complete the facility.
Skylar has a 25-year power off-take agreement for 50MW capacity from the “shovel ready” project with Glendale Water & Power in California.
Through the acquisition, Skylar takes over the large generator interconnection agreement with the Western Area Power Administration.
