Siemens has become an increasingly aggressive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player in the European PV sector over the past year, booking orders for more than 80MW across six countries.
Martin Schulz, vice president for PV within Siemens’ renewables division, has indicated the company also intends to enter the snowballing market for utility-scale PV in North America, though it has announced any orders there.
