The deal, expected to close before the end of the year, represents a win for Recurrent shareholders, including primary investor Hudson Clean Energy Partners and Mohr Davidow Ventures.
The company will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Sharp, with chief executive Arno Harris retaining his title and role, the company’s said late Tuesday. Recurrent’s other executives and employees will also remain with the company.
