Sharp buying solar developer Recurrent Energy for $305m

Global electronics giant and solar manufacturer Sharp will acquire Recurrent Energy, a specialist in distributed solar project development in the 2MW-20MW size range, for up to $305m, gaining access to Recurrent’s 2GW project pipeline.
