Sempra to expand Mesquite PV plant by 100MW

Sempra US Gas & Power will expand its Mesquite Solar complex under development in Arizona by 100MW to 250MW, which will make it one of the largest PV facilities in the US West outside California when it reaches full operation in fourth quarter 2016.
