SEC will conduct a competitive bidding process to select one or more developers to build, operate and maintain the plants. SEC will procure property for the projects.
Winning bidders will sell their entire power output to SEC under long-term contracts.
Interested developers should submit contact information and whether they will consider potential consortium partners before 1500 local time on 20 June.
