Red Horse solar/wind US hybrid gains tax-equity financing

US Bancorp and Zions Bank have nailed down a tax-equity syndication agreement that will provide financing for the 71MW Red Horse 2 solar/wind hybrid project near Tucson, Arizona, owned by an affiliate of global investment firm DE Shaw.
