RAEF US will work with WElink and China Triumph International Engineering Co. to identify mainly PV and wind projects that would then be sold upon completion to US institutional investors.
Welink and CTIEC will take responsibility for design, engineering, procurement, supply, construction and financing necessary to deliver a fully operational power plant, the companies say in a release.
The North American renewables market is an “excellent opportunity to create additional value in current and future activities” for the partners, they add.
