The company already sells its multicrystalline silicon solar modules for utility scale applications, and rooftops with ideal angles and orientations. The Q.SMART thin-film modules will give it another offering for rooftops that may not face due south, or cannot accommodate the optimal tilt angle for crystalline PV.
