Q Cells building 24MW Japan PV

Hanwha Q Cells is on track to finish building a 24MW solar plant in southwestern Japan by the end of this year.

Hanwha Q Cells aims to install up to 100MW of PV in Japan per year and plans to sell electricity in the country after the Japanese government liberalises the nation's retail electricity market from 2016.
