Panasonic-backed Coronal buys US developer HelioSage

Coronal Group, the Panasonic-backed North American solar developer, has acquired HelioSage Energy, a Virginia-based PV developer that has carved out a strong position in fast-growing utility-scale solar market in the southeastern US.
