NRG Energy buys 450MW solar project pipeline from US Solar

Independent power producer NRG Energy is increasing its solar footprint in California and Arizona with the purchase of nine development projects from US Solar Ventures Holdings, a portfolio company of private equity energy investor ArcLight Capital Partners.
