That’s the finding of a California Energy Commission siting committee, which this week issued a proposed decision recommending approval of the project. It’s the fifth large solar energy project to receive a siting committee stamp in the last month.
The committee recommendations will inform deliberations and a final decision to be taken by the CEC, after 30 days of public comment on the proposed decisions.
